We provide a mentoring service to people managers and HR professionals who wish to tap into others’ experiences and to be challenged to identify improvement opportunities in how they manage their teams and themselves.

HR Process Design Consultancy

Based on decades of multinational experience we work with clients to create contemporary effective solutions to these notoriously challenging processes, especially in the areas of Performance Management, Development Management, and Talent Management.

We do not aim to SELL to anyone.  Instead, we seek an initial conversation during which to achieve a shared understanding of an organisation’s needs and what we can offer to meet those.  If, following such a conversation, you feel that we can help, we will work with you on that solution and find a way to make it happen.

Pricing

We are committed to transparent pricing which we believe reflects excellent value for money. We are fully aware that others do what we do cheaper… but they know the value of what they do better than we do!

Our standard prices, exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, are shown below. Any expenses such as travel, accommodation, subsistence, additional materials, handling and shipping are recharged at cost with no additional administration fees.

We are also willing to engage in performance-based pricing should you wish to discuss and agree suitable measures of success on which to base it.
